With 12 years of experience in the roofing industry, Rob Hanley is the license holder and cofounder of Blitz Roofing and Construction. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of roofing projects, from smaller residential installations to large commercial operations. Rob’s in-depth knowledge of roofing, combined with his expertise in project management and quality control, ensures that every job meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Under his leadership, Blitz Roofing has built a solid reputation for excellence, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction. He approaches each project with a focus on long-term value, ensuring that clients receive not only superior results but also the peace of mind that comes with working with a trusted roofing partner.
Outside of his professional life, Rob is married to his wife, Jennifer, and together they have four children. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, which offers him a great way to unwind and enjoy the open road. Family is a cornerstone of Rob’s life, and he places great importance on balancing his demanding career with quality time spent with his loved ones.

Mike Palmer

Mike Palmer is the co-founder of Blitz Roofing and brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience. He has successfully built and scaled companies, primarily in the medical industry, demonstrating his ability to lead organizations toward sustained growth and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Mike has excelled in various leadership roles, driving innovation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. His experience in building businesses from the ground up has equipped him with a unique perspective and skill set that translates well into his leadership role at Blitz Roofing.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mike was a co-captain at UCF football alongside Daunte Culpepper, where he played as a linebacker. He is married to his wife, Jennifer, and together they have two children, Haylee and Zack. Both Haylee and Zack attend UCF, with Zack continuing his football career at the university

Mac McKellar

Co-founder Mac McKellar has spent the past 17 years in the construction, commercial piping, and medical industries. As a 5th generation central Floridian, Mac draws on his strong local relationships to help scale Blitz Roofing. Coming from a long line of construction professionals, he has a deep-rooted understanding of the industry and a passion for continuing his family’s legacy.
Mac attended Auburn University, where he laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Over the years, he has honed his skills in leadership and business development, thriving in various sectors. He currently serves as the CEO of Nona Scientific, a leader in clinical lab services, where he continues to innovate and drive growth.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mac is active in his church, Mosaic Church, and enjoys football, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Quinn, and their three children, Blakely, Bowen, and Brighton, in Winter Garden, FL.

Palmer Bachelder

Palmer Bachelder joined Blitz Roofing and Construction in January 2024, bringing a dynamic blend of experience and dedication to the team. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Palmer moved to Orlando to play football for the University of Central Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from UCF and the University of West Georgia.
At Blitz Roofing and Construction, Palmer has overseen numerous residential and commercial reroofing and repair projects, showcasing his expertise in hands-on labor, sales, and project management. His primary goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied while driving the company’s success through an unmatched work ethic and attention to detail.

John Hileman

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including the past 8 years dedicated to roofing, John Hileman brings expertise, reliability, and a strong work ethic to his role as Foreman at Blitz Roofing. Since the company’s inception, John has played an integral role in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and on-time completion. In addition to overseeing crews and coordinating jobsite operations, he holds a CDL license and operates Blitz Roofing’s dump trailers, keeping logistics running smoothly. John’s dedication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate the needs of each project make him a cornerstone of the team’s success.
A Florida resident, John enjoys spending his free time outdoors, embracing the state’s natural beauty. Known for his positive attitude, he never complains and is always willing to go the extra mile, finding additional ways to support both his teammates and the company. His commitment, adaptability, and team-first mindset have made him not only a trusted leader on the jobsite but also a valued member of the Blitz Roofing family from day one.
